UR Viewer opens supported files on the user’s computer. The current trial does not require users to upload their documents to a UR Suite reading service.

Website access

The website does not require account creation. Existing hosting or analytics services may process standard technical information associated with visiting a website, such as IP address, browser type, and requested pages.

Feedback and support

Feedback submitted through the existing form is processed by Formspree and reviewed by UR Viewer support. Email sent to the confirmed support address is processed by the relevant email provider. Information submitted through those channels is used to respond to requests and improve the products.

External services

The website links to external download, helper-software, and feedback services. Those services maintain their own privacy practices. Review their policies before submitting information or downloading software.
